The Windsor Castle Hotel Kottayam, Kottayam

My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the beautiful backwater views and the fantastic buffet breakfast made for enjoyable moments with family. On the other hand, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and the service was lacking when I needed assistance. While the location is great for unwinding, the poor maintenance of the facilities was disappointing, which affected the overall experience.

I had a lovely stay at this heritage hotel surrounded by excellent landscapes, but the management left much to be desired. While the room was visually appealing and clean, the service was lacking, particularly during the busy Pongal holidays when my family and I faced delays. Despite this, the ambiance and facilities like the pools were enjoyable.

The hotel has stunning lakeside grounds and a great ambiance for events, which was a highlight of my stay. However, the interior was quite disappointing, with outdated and poorly maintained rooms. While the staff were good, the service during breakfast left much to be desired, and overall, I felt it was overpriced for what was offered.

Our stay at Windsor Castle was nothing short of spectacular. The property is beautifully set beside a large lake, providing a tranquil atmosphere. The staff was genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to make our experience special. However, while the restaurant offered an extensive menu with delicious options, there were times when service could be a bit slow during busy hours.

I had an incredible five-day stay at Windsor Castle, surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff were not only professional but also made our experience feel special, especially Mr. Cristo and Mr. Jaison. The ambiance and the food quality blew me away, although I wish we had more time to enjoy everything as it felt too short. The lush greenery around the property made everything feel serene.
