Nice Family Celebration

We held my daughter's First Holy Communion party at Nalukettu within Windsor Castle, and it was lovely! The ambiance was perfect for our gathering of 175 guests. They offered a full bar and delicious buffet dinner with a menu that received rave reviews. The coordination by Ms. Jenny was really good, as she helped arrange everything smoothly, even from abroad. Everyone enjoyed the food and the festive atmosphere, making it a truly nice night.

Fantastic Room with a View

I stayed for 3 nights and was given a room on the 6th floor. The cleanliness and maintenance were excellent, complemented by a fantastic view. The room featured great amenities and a well-functioning air conditioning unit. It made my stay extremely comfortable. I would definitely choose a riverside room again on my next visit!

Peaceful Boating Experience

During my stay, I enjoyed the complimentary boating experience on the beautiful lake at the back of the hotel. The coracle ride was a unique and enjoyable experience for my family and me. Family-Friendly Fun

I visited with my family and found the hotel to be very kid-friendly. There were various activities available for children that kept them entertained, including fishing and a clean swimming pool. My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the beautiful backwater views and the fantastic buffet breakfast made for enjoyable moments with family. On the other hand, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, and the service was lacking when I needed assistance. While the location is great for unwinding, the poor maintenance of the facilities was disappointing, which affected the overall experience.

While the room was visually appealing and clean, the service was lacking, particularly during the busy Pongal holidays when my family and I faced delays.
